London Street Daily (25/08/2012)

I've a ton of black & white film to go through, develop and scan but I've not had time. So in the mean time here are some black & white digital snaps from around town.

I hope you enjoy the long weekend. Oh, and if you're a Londoner enjoy the Notting Hill Carnival.

All photos were shot on the Olympus OM-D E-M5 + 14mm lens:

London Street Daily (07/12/2011)

Hello all...
I hope everyone is staying cold/flu-free as the weather is getting cold.
I've been too busy lately to go out and shoot lately, however I have just procured some Fujifilm Neopan 1600 which I'm excited about.

Here are some shots I've managed to get through and process lately. They are on digital either from the Canon 550D or Panasonic GF3.

London Street Daily (27/11/2011)

Almost pay day, which means more money blown on photo gear... well for me anyway.
I must get out and get some night shots on high speed film of the crowds on Oxford Street. Until then enjoy the following shots.

London Street Daily (23/11/2011)

It's getting darker earlier, limiting my opportunities to go out and shoot. I have however been accumulating gear from ebay. Mostly manual focus Nikon lenses for my Nikon FM3A. I've also ordered a Nikon F to Canon EOS lens adapter with AF confirmation chip. This will hopefully allow me to use my new favourite lens, the Nikkor 50mm f/1.2 on my Canon 550D with the aid of red-dot focus confirmation. I'll post some samples when I have it.

Enough of the blah blah blah, here are some shots...

Back Home to London (04/11/2011)

Hello again dear viewers. Finally back home from my work trip to Vienna. I'm sitting in front of my computer screen on a Friday night processing some old photos in ACR, so I thought I'd post a mixture of old and new shots.

Enjoy...

Film is Still King, Part 3

Last set of film photos for now...

Canon Canonet QL17 GIII + Konica Minolta VX 400

I was very pleased with the film as it came with the camera when I bought it online and it's a discontinued type, so it was obviously quite old.

They were shot walking through Hyde Park, down Park Lane, and through Picadilly Circus, and finally ending up on the south of the river across Westminster Bridge.

Film is Still King (Olympus 35RC + Kodak Tri-X 400)

Hi everyone. Although I mainly shoot digital, I always have at least one film camera on me at all times. Currently, that camera is the legendary Nikon FM3A (google it), however I have't ran a full roll through it yet.

So anyway. Here are a selection of shots from some rolls of film I got processed recently.
