London on film - Neopan 1600 @ ISO1600 (01/03/2013)

I don't know if you regular viewers will notice a theme start to emerge from the next few posts or not, but I've started to shoot at night with flash. Nothing new about that really... but I've been doing it while drinking.
I always say that my photography is better when I'm drunk, well I'm starting to think it really is. Even if the photos aren't better (that's subjective after all), it's certainly more fun.

Anyway, Here are some shots taken with the GR1v on Fujifim Neopan 1600 shot at ISO 1600 and developed in Ilford Microphen stock solution:

London on film - Neopan 1600 @ ISO1600 (16/02/2013)

This is my 200th post since I started this blog, in October 2011. Since then I've posted hundreds of photos (maybe even, in the 4 figures).
I started out the blog so I push myself to shoot as often as I could in order to have sufficient content for my posts. I then slowly realised that I was forcing myself too much and was ending up with dozens of photos per post which were not even noteworthy, let alone any good. This led me to limit the number of photos and the frequency of post which I think has subsequently increased the quality of photos which I'm posting. Let me know if you agree...

London on film - Neopan 1600 @ ISO1600 (10/02/2013)

What? You thought I was out of Fujifilm Neopan 1600? I'll have four blank rolls left after this batch of uploads and four left to develop... Now to decide whether I'm keeping them in the fridge for a while or using them now.

Anyway back to the photos. All shots taken with the GR1v on Fujifim Neopan 1600 shot at ISO 1600 and developed in Ilford Microphen stock solution:

Tales on Film: Bournemouth - (08/02/2013)

My London of Film posts are some of the most popular posts on the blog and I truely enjoy sharing them, but what about film photos that aren't shot in London?
Well, now I'll be posting these in a new set simply entitled "Tales on Film".

For the first episode I'll take you to Bournemouth, September 2013. A close friend's (the baby on the right in the last photo) stag weekend.

All shots taken using my trusty little Ricoh GR1v on Fujifilm Neopan 1600:

Les Rues de Paris (05/02/2013)

My last few pics from my short trip to Paris.
I'm looking forward to my next visit already.

Les Rues de Paris (03/02/2013)

A few more interesting shots from Paris a couple of weekends ago. I've never seen Paris so snowed down. But I loved the fact that everyone made the most of the conditions; playing in the snow, sledging and even skiing.

All photos were shot on the Olympus OM-D E-M5 + 25mm and 45mm lenses:
